Health and Safety Training -SHEilds Ltd. - Manual Handling Basic Training

This course is designed for delegates who are involved in manual handling operations, including lifting, lowering, pulling, pushing, carrying and supporting. After the theory training candidates undertake further job specific handling exercises, using the safe lifting techniques demonstrated throughout. Typical loads and in working conditions are required on the day, to maximise the benefit of training.
