L143, ACoP reviewed

L143 has been revised again for more clear and concise information on the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, to provide guidance for employers on a variety of topics to ensure legal compliance.

ACoP now combined with The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012

L127 and L143 Approved codes of practice have been combined in the revised L143 document to include the changes to The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (The Regulations) and came into effect in December 2013.
