DSEAR (The Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002)

The HSE has now merged 5 items of health and safety Guidance under DSEAR to enable employers to have a clearer understanding of their duties and controls to use to protect their employees.

Overall the new ACoP is simpler and clearer for employers to gain an understanding of the requirements of the regulations.
