Introduction to HACCP is a two part learning tool aimed at food handlers with no prior instruction in the techniques of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points.
Using examples that the learner is likely to observe in the course of their working day the material introduces the candidate firstly to the identification of food hazards and then the control of such hazards. The use of familiar examples, combined with the use of everyday language creates an effective learning environment allowing the leaner to quickly work through the material.
