Reason for joining SHEilds
At the time of joining in 2006, my choice to join SHEilds were career prospects with a local company. As my time with SHEilds has past, I choose to stay with SHEilds because we have an exceptional team, who I view as family and the great satisfaction of helping thousands of candidates around the world achieve qualifications, which will make a difference to them personally, and impact their organisations safety.

Random acts of Kindness
There are so many random acts of kindness which don't cost anything and I wish everyone would try and consider, what small changes they could make, to have a significant positive impact on others around them, strangers. I am a strong believer in good manners and the basics like holding a door for people or even saying please and thank you are very important to me. However, I have 2 additional RAK which I try and deliver upon wherever I get the opportunity:
Smiling at people – everyone, I believe it's contagious and heart warming.
Buying an additional sandwich and drink for a disadvantaged person, this is not always possible, however once or twice a month it doesn't really impact me greatly.
Favourite film
John Wick – Keanu Reeves
Favourite book
The Miracle Morning – Hal Elrod
