What my day to day job consists of and who I deal with on a day to day basis
In the position of IT support my day to day consists of assisting students with queries whether that be trouble accessing their account / course or even a problem on their home computer. Additionally the same goes for internal staff at SHEilds.
Biggest achievement whilst working for SHEilds
Completion of my NVQ Level 2 and 100% of support issues resolved.
Interesting facts outside of SHEilds
I recently became a father to a beautiful baby girl named Lana Esme.
Hobbies / Past times
Bowling with friends (although I'm no good at it).
Random acts of Kindness
Bought a lottery ticket for a homeless man, I still don't know if he won.

My advice / tips on successfully completing a SHEilds course
Study in your own time, but as often as you can.
