Who I interact with as part of my Role and what my day to day job consists of
I interact with everyone at the Hull office daily and with our remote assessors and I.V. (internal verifier) on a weekly basis. My role is twofold I work with the NVQ assessment team and as a tutor support within the Tutor Support team. No day is ever the same I may be meeting with new or existing students face to face or by phone for the NVQ team one minute then answering a range of NEBOSH questions from one of the 3 courses I look after. Variety is the spice of life as they say.
Biggest achievement whilst working for SHEilds
Developing new guidelines for NVQ students to help them get started on the course. We are also in the process of developing a new system for conducting professional discussions with NVQ students.
