A major change due to the June 2021 course update, is that, it is now strongly recommended for students to have already achieved certification in the International General Certificate before attempting this nebosh Diploma level 6 course.
Not only does this greatly improve a students’ potential end-result, but students may also be examined on certificate level 3 knowledge covered in the general certificate. For those that are not already certified with the level 3 NEBOSH International General Certificate, this could be a deciding factor if you pass or fail this course.
Students may find it difficult to gain a pass mark, if they do not have prior background knowledge as a health & safety practitioner or the ability to study at Degree level.
Though, the only critical requirement to enrol on this course is that the student must have an appropriate understanding of the English language in order to explain the concepts within the course syllabus.
NEBOSH recommend that students score 7.0 or higher in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
Questions within NEBOSH examinations are all phrased in English. Your answers are also required to be provided in English.
As long as you meet the required standard of English, you can enrol on this NEBOSH Diploma.
