The OCR NVQ/SVQ level 4 in Management is aimed at people in a management role across all occupations and sectors of employment. The qualification allows a candidate to quantify their competency at a managerial level and receive an internationally recognised Diploma upon successful completion.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal requirements but candidates need to be an experienced, practising middle manager who is able to demonstrate both theoretical and practical competence in the workplace to a national standard in key areas.

A personal skill scan conducted by our staff, will ensure that your current job role lends itself to the demands of the National Standards at the preferred level.

Course Structure
To achieve a full OCR Level 4 in Management, a candidate must complete five mandatory units and three optional units
