Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

We follow a proven route for TNA which allows our clients to have a transparent view of the situation.

Dependant upon the situation a simple Training Needs Analysis can be undertaken over the telephone, a more complex TNA may take the form of an in house diagnostic project. Training however is not always the solution to the needs of a business or a particular situation; our consultants frequently undertake diagnostics and audits to provide the client with a report that indicates specific failings and suggested solutions.
